Smart hands get the work done.
Elite Hands get it done right.

Elite Hands places senior, certified engineers on-site in data centres worldwide — the same dedicated people on every build, coordinated by a project manager and backed around the clock by remote engineering. We exist for the operators who can’t afford “close enough.”

Who we are

We put your best engineers in the room — every room, every time.

Elite Hands is a remote-hands and network-engineering company built for a single purpose: to give global operators a consistent, senior on-site presence wherever their hardware lives. Where the rest of the market competes on volume and the lowest hourly rate, we compete on the quality of the work delivered. We send the best available engineer in each market — never the cheapest — and we send the same people back every time, so the team that learns your build never forgets it.

Top engineers

Our engineers carry advanced certifications such as JNCIP-SEC, JNCIP-SP, CCIE R&S and PCNSE, so they are equipped to handle your most complex and demanding work — not just rack-and-stack, but real network engineering on-site.

Dedicated project managers

Every deployment has a dedicated project manager coordinating logistics, technical resources and communication across time zones before anyone sets foot on-site. Thorough preparation means no surprises, faster execution and a clean handover.

Clear communication

Direct communication means crystal clarity. The on-site team dedicated to your deployment is supported behind the scenes by project managers and engineers, and our clients have access to engineers 24/7/365.

Rigorous preparation

With integration centres in Oregon, Amsterdam and Singapore and dedicated teams focused on knowing your build inside and out, every deployment begins long before Elite Hands arrives on-site.

What we do

Four ways Elite Hands keeps your infrastructure moving.

From a single urgent intervention to a globe-spanning rollout, every engagement is run to the same standard and staffed by the same calibre of engineer. Here is what we deliver.

01 — Deployment

Global infrastructure deployment

We mobilise an elite team of engineers to manage global deployments end to end. With dedicated engineers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific, we hold a single, exceptionally high standard across every region — so a build in Singapore is executed exactly like a build in Oregon. Your project manager owns logistics, scheduling and communication from kickoff to handover, and the same engineers return for every phase.

  • Dedicated regional teams across three continents
  • One consistent build standard, worldwide
  • Project-managed from kickoff to clean handover

02 — Smart hands

Smart hands, done properly

Whether you need a one-off assist or many hours of support across the globe each month, we provide the best available engineer in each region — and the same resources every time, so nobody is relearning your environment on your clock. We offer highly competitive global flat-rate pricing and rollover on unused hours, so the budget you commit is the value you keep.

  • One-off assists through to recurring monthly retainers
  • Competitive global flat-rate pricing with rollover hours
  • The same trusted engineers on every visit

03 — Break / fix

Break / fix when it matters most

Our team is available for break/fix work at any scale — ten servers or a thousand. We bring thousands of hours of hands-on experience across Dell, HP and Supermicro platforms, and in many markets we can source replacement parts locally to get you back online faster. When something fails, you want an engineer who has seen it before; that is who we send.

  • Projects from 10 servers to 1,000+
  • Deep experience on Dell, HP and Supermicro
  • Local parts sourcing where available

04 — Rack integration

Rack integration at scale

Our integration centres in Hillsboro, Amsterdam and Melbourne were chosen for their proximity to hyperscale data centres, major logistics hubs and airport and seaport access. We build, cable, label, test and document your racks to spec before they ship, with capacity for more than 100 racks per month — and Manila coming online in 2026.

Why Elite Hands

The difference between smart hands and Elite Hands.

Redefining smart hands

Picture top-shelf engineers on-site who care about your deployment as much as you do, and the same dedicated team behind every build, on every site. That is what Elite Hands delivers for discerning clients who need the job done right the first time.

Global presence

We give you access to highly qualified engineers around the globe, deployable on short notice. For any organisation with a truly global footprint — cloud, gaming and critical infrastructure alike — Elite Hands is the consistent on-site presence your team needs, wherever your hardware lives.

Elite experience

You will notice the difference immediately. Our engineers hold elite networking certifications, and the team on your project is tailored to your gear, your site and your needs — with a dedicated project manager making the whole experience seamless.

Integration centres

Built close to where it ships.

Our integration centres sit beside the world’s hyperscale corridors, logistics hubs and ports — so hardware lands, gets built and ships out with minimal transit and maximum control.

Hillsboro, Oregon

North American integration on the doorstep of the Pacific Northwest hyperscale cluster.

Amsterdam, Netherlands

European integration with direct reach into the FLAP-D markets and Schiphol logistics.

Melbourne, Australia

Asia Pacific integration serving the Australian and wider APAC build pipeline.

Manila, Philippines · 2026

Our newest centre, expanding APAC capacity and coming online in 2026.
